New residential Dwellings

Main Contractor and PSCS responsible for the construction of 6 new A3 rated dwellings in two independent blocks including: -- installation of retaining Gabion walls, extensive site clearance, piled foundations, subsequent construction of block built units, air-tightness works, first and second fix mechanical and electrical works, internal and external joinery, trussed roofs, all necessary finishes and completions including floor finishes and decoration.  Site works including new access roadway, installation of street lighting and connections to mains services and utilities.
