Refurbishment Works

The project involves Refurbishment Works of 5 Units at Cathal Brugha Place, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford for Waterford City & County Council.  The works involve the removal and replacement of damaged fixtures & fittings, construction of new internal stud partitioning and ceilings, roof works, cleaning walls internally and externally, replacement of doors and windows, Cleaning of floors and replacement as necessary, attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation, upgrade heating and plumbing, carrying out electrical up grades
