PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Refurbihsment Works Scheme - Carrigeen and Wilderness Grove Estates

Building Contractor and PSCS responsible for all aspects of regeneration / remedial works to 56 mainly occupied local authority dwellings from re-wiring, re-plumbing, internal and external plaster work and decoration, attic and wall insulation, joinery, supply and fit of new windows, external doors, fascia, soffit and RWG, ground works, work to property and estate boundaries and landscaping.

A key element to the success of the project was the ongoing and constructive liaison with the tenants, owners, tenant representative bodies, and the client and their representatives to ensure that the work in this live environment caused the least disruption possible to those affected and that all aspects of Health & Safety were closely monitored and managed
