Infill Housing Development

Builder and PSCS responsible for the  Construction of 2 x 'A' rated air tight dwellings and 1 x B1 rated dwelling on an infill site comprising 2 semi-detached units and 1 detached dwelling designed to suit a special needs user including the provision for a hoist, appropriate room size and access and egress points.  The works range from hoarding off work area, site clearance, enabling works and liaison with ESB, Bord Gáis and Eircom to locate unmapped services and where necessary move underground services to ensure safe construction, through to delivery of completed buildings including the installation of renewable energy technologies, landscaped site, access roads and provision of all utilities to site.
