PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Refurbishment and Structural Alterations

Refurbishment and reduction of existing 20 no. residential units into 10 no. units by combining two adjoining units into one together with SEAI Energy Efficient Grant upgrade works and all associated refurbishment and external works.  Works include the removal of existing roof finishes and subsequent licenced disposal of approx. 7 tonnes of asbestos containing materials, removal of roof structures and installation of complete new roof, internal structural alterations, upgrades of mechanical and electrical installations, new kitchens and sanitary-ware, replacement windows and doors, SEAI energy upgrade works, external insulation, new rain water goods, provision of new site services and site enclosures.

CURRENT PROJECT STATUS

We have delivered 10 extensively refurbished independent living units back to Waterford City and County Council, and St Vincent de Paul for immediate tenancy.
