Refurbishment and Extension

Main contractor and PSCS responsible for the alteration and extension to the lodge house at the Good Sheperd Centre in Kilkenny including demolitions to the internal structure and selected outbuildings.  Rerouting of existing utilities.  Construction of an extension containing new kitchen and bathroom and extensive refurbishment works to existing structure including electrical and mechanical upgrades and well as stripping back and replacing roof finishes.  Installation of new windows and roof lights.  Replacement of rainwater goods. Decoration and new floor finishes throughout.  Replacement of internal joinery.

Hard and soft landscaping, works to site drainage, installation of site boundaries and electric gate.
