PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Local Authority Housing Regeneration Works

Building Contractor and PSCS responsible for bonded completion works to 111 local authority housing units from second fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry works, internal and external plastering, attic insulation, commissioning of solar water heating systems and gas fired central heating, decoration and associated site works including hard and soft landscaping, civil works, installation of a large attenuation tank, provision of new water services to site, construction of an access road and provision of all public service utilities etc.  The staged hand over of the site has required extensive liaison with newly assigned tenants, tenant representative bodies, council housing teams and client representatives to ensure ease of transition.
