Extensions, Alterations and Documents M Compliant Adaptations

We have been involved in several smaller projects in the Local Authority, School and Private sector where we have been asked to complete property extensions. In the main these have been on local authority dwellings where the tenants needs have changed and the properties need to be extended and adapted to suit these altered needs.

In the schools sector we have completed the construction of a stand-alone extension to facilitate changing rooms and referee facilities, emergency re-roofing works to a large secondary school and more latterly we have completed significant internal alterations and extension to a large national school building to ensure its compliance with all current fire safety regulations.

We have completed numerous projects over the last decade involving the adaptations of properties to suit residents with special needs.

These have ranged in scale from the more straight forward alterations to bathrooms involving the supply and fitting of Document compliant sanitary ware and level access shower areas; through to more complex projects involving internal structural alterations to properties, installation of specialist hoist equipment, installation of access ramps and other equipment required by users with special needs. In addition to this some projects have required property extensions to appropriately facilitate the residents requirements
