Refurbishment and Regeneration

Building Contractor & PSCS responsible for all aspects of regeneration / remedial works to 54 tenanted local authority houses from re-wiring, re-plumbing, internal & external plaster work & decoration, attic & wall insulation, joinery, supply & fit of new kitchens & bathrooms, supply & fit of new windows, external doors, removal and co-ordination of licenced disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials in the form of rainwater goods and floor tiles, fitting of new fascia, soffit & RWG, ground works, work to property & estate boundaries, landscaping through to replacing storm damaged roofs.
