The demolition of existing on-site buildings/structures and the construction of 4 No. two-storey local authority dwellings along with any necessary ancillary site works.

CURRENT PROJECT STATUS

First fix electrical works have been completed and plastering work is underway.  Retaining walls and hard landscaping works to the rear of the properties is largely completed.
